"A Walk In the Woods" or "A Day at the Beach"
Spend one day, stress-free, in the healing power of nature. A day where both men and women can relax into some gentle, supportive, deeply healing self-care. The days may include movement as a group designed to release tension and open the heart (sometimes yoga, sometimes chi gung), breathwork, mantra, journaling exercises, and other solo work that will help get your body/ mind/ emotions/ and spirit back in alignment.You will leave the day feeling centered and deeply refreshed, ready to take on life again from a place of balance and peace. 9am-5pm (with 1.5 hour break for lunch)

Craft Workshops
Get your spirit, intuition, and creativity jumpstarted, and learn how to empower the things you make. Each workshop will focus on one craft, and will vary in time from 3-5 hours depending on the topic. Some themes include: rattle-making, mask-making, beaded holiday ornaments, ceremonial healing objects. These are fun, meditative, creative sessions in a supportive, small group format.

I am currently scheduling private groups of at least 4 people (or you can pay the $300 minimum and have 1-3 people) to make handmade, beaded holiday ornaments. They are incredibly beautiful heirlooms-in-the-making! For your own tree, for a gift, or to hang anywhere in your home year-round. Email me to schedule a date. We will be working at my home in Topanga. Payment in full is required to book the time for your private group.
